Information for Roll Stroll & Run Participants

Thank you for registering for the 27th Annual Roll, Stroll & Run.  We’re working hard to make sure that you have an enjoyable day of activities.  Here are a few housekeeping items that we want to make you aware of:

There is limited parking at our Cowpath Road campus.  The parking attendants will assist you in finding a space for as long as they are available.  Once they are full, you will be directed to our overflow lot at Souderton Mennonite Church  (105 W. Chestnut St., Souderton, PA). From there we will shuttle you to the event site. Also, riders feel free to ride your bikes to the event. It is only 2.0 miles round trip from SMC. We ask that you please do not park on Smokepipe or Cowpath Rd for safety reasons.

After arriving on campus, please report to the check in area (located in the Hatfield Meats tent near Cowpath Road).  Our volunteers will give you a bag with this year’s t-shirt, a route map, and a raffle ticket.  If you have raised over $150, we will give you your 2018 RSR jersey.

Each participant will be given a cue sheet with step by step directions. Also, the bike routes are marked with large green directional arrows. If you get lost, you can call SAG.  All of the route information, including downloadable GPX formatted files, can be found at our website (

The timed 5K running route will be marked with white arrows at each turn and the Franconia Township Police will provide traffic control.

The walking routes are not marked, but each participant will be given a map to follow.

There are several rest stops along the various courses.  Water, sports drinks, sliced fruit, and energy bars will be available.  Staff at each stop will have extra cue sheets and a cell phone.

You are invited to join us for lunch and live music.  We will also have face painting and a balloon artist for the kids.  The activities on campus, including food, close at 1PM.
